We know each other for so many years, we are friends and brothers, without your support the Macau Bodybuilding and Fitness Association would not be able to develop like today.

As I and Ines have to attend a very important meeting of the Macau Government Sports Council, which will be held at the same date of the Special Congress of ABBF, in order to discuss about the Government's policy regarding Sports and sports venues of Macau, therefore we are sorry for not being able to attend the referred ABBF Special Congress.

In the legal point of view, without the consent of the Congress or the approval of the majority of Members of the ABBF, nobody nor any foreign committee can take charge of the ABBF, also the IFBB can not suspend the membership or rights of the ABBF because of having conflict between some officials of the IFBB and one of the official of ABBF, that is against the actual IFBB's Constitution and the principles of equity and justice. In my opinion any problem, misunderstanding or conflict can be solved under open, frank and sincere discussion. We cannot allow this type of "coup d'etat" to be succeeded, which is totally against the ABBF Constitution and will seriously harm the harmony between the bodybuilders all over the world and distroy the IFBB and ABBF's reputation. IFBB should not interfere in the internal affairs of the ABBF and withdraw its decision of not recognizing the ABBF.
