This is a proof that no other federation will be recognised by them.

Dear Dr. Santonja
I would like to refer to the various communications the OCA has been receiving with regard to the sport of bodybuilding in Asia.
As far as OCA is concerned the OCA recognizes the Asian Bodybuilding Federation of which Mr. Osama Ahmed Al-Shafar is the President and Mr. Paul Chua is the Secretary General, as they were officially and duly elected by the Asian Bodybuilding Federation General Assembly consisting of the National Bodybuilding Federations from Asia. Any change should be done through the General Assembly.
The OCA will accept the technical delegate only nominated by the Asian Bodybuilding Federations for the bodybuilding competitions during the Asian Beach Games.
Please rest a sure of OCA for full support of the Bodybuilding in the Asian Games ,
Looking Forward to meet with you ASAP to clear any misunderstanding.
With My Best Regards,
.......................................................
Husain Al-Musallam
Director General & Technical Director
