South Pacific Bodybuilding Federation awarded stewardship of the Pacific Games for Bodybuilding


At the PGC General Assembly held in Rarotonga on Sunday 27th September, all 22 member countries of the Pacific Games Council (PGC) supported a motion/recommendation by the Executive Board of the PGC to authorise the South Pacific Bodybuilding Federation (SPBBF) to work directly with the Organising Committee of the 2011 Pacific Games to plan and deliver bodybuilding’s participation at this major Games event.



Attending the PGC General Assembly in the capacity as IF Delegates for Bodybuilding were; Paul Chua, Secretary General of the World Bodybuilding & Physique Sports Federation (WBPF), Patron of the South Pacific Bodybuilding Federation (SPBBF) and Philip Hope, President of the South Pacific Bodybuilding Federation (SPBBF).
